Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

• VietQR / bank transfer (Napas247).
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express.
• Cash on pick-up — pay the driver directly in VND or USD.

2. Payment amount

You can choose to:

• Pay 100% when booking (recommended).
• Pay a 30% or 50% deposit and the remaining balance in cash to the driver at pick-up.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive your payment/deposit (or you confirm the cash option). An e-voucher with a QR code is emailed to you and shown on the website — simply show it on your phone.

4. Payment security

Card transactions are processed through encrypted partner payment gateways. We do not store your card details. We will never ask for OTP codes or passwords via messages.

5. Failed transactions and invoices

If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, contact +84 948 712 787 or thuyvo73@gmail.com with a screenshot of the transaction and we will check immediately. If you need an invoice, tell us when booking.
