To keep every trip safe and enjoyable, services are provided under the conditions and limits below. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Scope of service
We provide travel services (jeep tours, ATV, day tours, transfers, etc.) in Mui Ne and nearby areas. We do not sell physical goods through the website. Details of each tour are described on its tour page.
2. Capacity and availability
Each departure has limited seats (usually 1–6 guests per vehicle). A booking is guaranteed only once confirmed.
3. Health and age
- Tours are not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, serious back/spine problems, severe high blood pressure, or anyone unable to travel on bumpy terrain.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult; child seats must be requested in advance.
- Self-driving an ATV requires a rider of suitable age and fitness who follows safety instructions.
4. Weather and safety
Itineraries may be changed, shortened or rescheduled due to bad weather, strong wind-blown sand or unsafe conditions. We may refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated, out of control or who endanger the group.
5. Pick-up time and punctuality
Drivers arrive at the pick-up point before the scheduled time. Please be ready on time; late guests may miss part or all of the programme without a refund.
6. Pick-up area
